We’re all looking for ways to stay healthy and energized. It’s important to stay hydrated and pop is really bad for you – so are all those energy drinks with added sugar and artificial flavors.
My latest obsession is infusing my water! I use the InfuseFruit water bottle almost every day. I love making my own recipe in the morning and then adding water throughout the day and having it infused with great flavor. You can try anything from cucumber and strawberry to lemon and mint.
